Shawn Miller is a good friend and a former boss. He is a very interesting person.
This is a project I did for school last semester so I thought I would put it on the blog and let everyone get look.

Everyone,
Here are some random sports pictures from the past couple of weeks. I haven’t had a whole lot of time to shoot other than sports so here is some soccer and cross country.

The soccer team beat Northern Colorado 3-2 on a lat second goal and tied Northern Arizona 1-1 this is Sara Campbell.

The soccer team also beat Idaho State 2-0. This is Jaymie Brown and Sara Campbell.

The Men’s cross country team competed in the Montana Invitational on Oct. 4th. The team had three of the top four finishers on this rainy day. This is Micheal Fisher.
With election day only a few weeks away many people stump for the candidate of their choice. Many celebrities use their place in society to push their personal agendas. Actor Kal Penn known from movies and TV, appeared on campus at the University Montana to promote Barrack Obama. He spoke to a group of about 100 students then led a group to the court house to vote early.

The Montana Grizzlies played host to Central Washington a division II school today and played at a division II level. The Grizzlies had four turnovers and over 90 yards of penalties. The game was won on a field goal with five seconds left in the game. The light was really harsh so the pictures might look a little weird.

Marc Mariani had an outstanding game with two touchdowns and 161 receiving yards.

Dan Beaudin had 25 yard receiving and a touchdown.

Brody McKnight had kicked only one field goal the game but it was clutch. The 42 yard field goal passed through he uprights with one second left in the game to give the Grizzlies the win.
The website is finally taking shape, My buddy Rick and I worked on this for several hours. So I hope you like the new home page. The blog changed a little but it will be temporary and will change again. There is a random rotation of pictures on the front page so refresh it a few times to see them all. The other links will be up shortly. Any comments let me know.

I can’t write a post without a picture, so here is Monte two time national mascot of the year during his weekly pre-game ritual.

This is one of many trails that criss cross the burned section of Mount Sentinel.
Mount Sentinel on the east side of Missoula was set ablaze in early July by two of boys, both were younger than ten. The fire ended up being about 350 acres when contained. There was no damage to any buildings and no one was hurt. Now a few months later grass has started to grow and deer frequently graze the fresh grass.
This is a blog for me to show off my latest work, but this is so funny I couldn’t help but show it. Within the last couple of entries you will find pictures of both of these guy so that is my justification. This will be the only time I put something up that isn’t my work.

Bob Kelleher is the “republican” candidate for U.S. senate, while he has won the nomination his name isn’t mentioned on the state republican website. He is a rather interesting guy with interesting ideas. He doesn’t have much of a chance against Max Baucus but it is Montana and we do things a little bit differently.

True Freshman Trumaine Johnson has had three interceptions in two games. Two against Southern Utah and one against UC Davis. Johnson Stockton, CA, is 6′ 3″ and very fast I am pretty excited to see what he will do in the next four years here at the U of M.
These pictures are from Johnson’s interception on Saturday.

The interception.

Johnson returned the ball to the five yard line.
